Our charts are basically written for the normal four rhythm (piano, bass, drums, guitar) + trumpet, sax and trombone. The 3 horn line-up is trumpet, alto or tenor as alto, trombone so if  your horn section is trumpet, tenor, tormbone you would use tpt, tenor as alto. trom. Most pop charts will be fine with just trumpet and sax, but all swing/latin charts need at least trumpet, sax, trombone. You will find most charts also have a separate tenor sax part (for use with 4 horns), and optional trumpet 2 and baritone sax part providing 6 individual parts for a thicker sound.

With regard to our Big Band charts, they have the normal 4pc rhythm section + 5 saxes (2 x altos, 2 x tenors, baritone), 4 trumpets, 4 trombone (one of which would usually be a bass trombone).

Our Catalogue is split into pages of 50 charts per page and is in alphabetical order. At the bottom of the chart there are “Previous” and “Next” links so you can navigate between each page. The search box at the top will allow you to search for any keyword: title, key, style, artist etc. For example if you type “Buble” into the search box, all charts in the style of Michael Buble will be shown. To return to the main catalogue, clear the search box.

Hotshots charts are produced with permission and appropriate royalties paid on each one sold; you are buying a licence for personal use. There is a download limit on purchases so you will only be able to download track once and the download must take place within 90 days of purchase.
